Return & Refund

 

We do not usually offer returns because the outer packaging of squeeze toys tends to wrinkle after use, making it difficult to resell and requiring replacement packaging costs.

However, in order to maximize customer satisfaction,
we offer a 48-hour return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 48 hours after receiving the item (the transparent bag of the squeeze must not be damaged).

To be eligible for a return, please note:

1. Your item must remain in the condition it was received, unworn or used, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. It is generally recommended that squeeze products be used in bags to avoid getting dirty. Once unpacked and used, they cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods returned without a prior return application will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the funds to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund your money.
